In 2012 all the stars aligned and 4 of us bought a yacht in Turkey – Pankina (Be Happy)
We are going to sail the Mediterranean and enjoy the rich diversity.
While we are all still working full time we plan to make this a priority and enjoy the fruits of our labour.
Time out – so important in this busy hectic world.
Time to restore, regenerate and be able to be more on all counts.
And we are going to have fun.
Here we go …. and fast forward to 2019.
This has been a huge success and we have decided to upgrade our yacht to a newer, longer model – the boat of choice a Jeanneau 509 – Marley 2.
She will live at the Blue Dolphin Shipyard on the Tiber at Fiumicino. Very convenient for flying in and sailing out. The plan is tp explore Corsica and Sardegna this year, 2019.
And now – May 2022 – after closed borders and a worldwide pandemic – we are able to fly back to Rome to pick up where we left off at the end of 2019
