We are on the North Eastern tip of Sardegna. The islands – the Maddalenas- are a marine reserve and there are many islands clustered together. Spectacular beaches, beautiful bays and a lot of it only accessible by boat.
There are many anchoring spots with sandy bottoms and we have got a patch of weather that is breeze and swell free so perfect for being out here.
We decided to stay one night in Porto Cervo which is the Port for Costa Smeralda. Excruciatingly expensive – we are in Super yacht territory – one night!
Exquisite buildings – fairy houses – all built into the rocks and colourful gardens. Everything is so well kept. No Rubbish anywhere.
A couple more days around here and then we start our sail back up the east coast of Corsica.
