It was so nice to be back in Corfu. We stayed the night at a walled garden villa. A huge magnolia tree in flower shading the whole place. White bougainvillea threaded through it and jasmine in flower. The perfume in the air was gorgeous.
It was just what we needed – a moment to lay flat – too much sitting in flying – at the rear end of the plane anyway!
Then this morning – we took a long walk through the lanes and alleys and then onto the ferry to Igoumenitsa
Lots of bods on board – many buses too packed into the hold
And now we are here – back on Pankna. Sporting new grey covers and sparkling clean – she’s like brand new.
Lefkada has been getting ready for this season too.
Tomorrow- some boat chores and some Port Authority matters to take care of.
