Alex left us this morning and took the bus to Athens. Lisa and Graham arrive with Lauren tomorrow by bus from Athens.
So we have had a day of housekeeping in port at Lefkas.
Part of the day needed Rog to front up to the Port Police and explain why we had no stamps in our transit log. It’s quite comedic the whole check in and check out process. And in the end they grumble, they stamp, and we get on with our day.
The next thing we had to figure out is how to leave the boat in Greece. Lots of hypothesizing and in the end a quick visit to Vasilis at the Customs House and we have an extension to our transit log – no worries.
