Sarsala Bay

We spent a lazy day tucked under the pine trees in this tiny cove called Sarsala.

There’s a cafe tucked into the hillside – many of these bays have small jetties and an open air kitchen with a wood fired oven.
Nighttime they will cook you fish and morning is fresh hot bread, olives, fetta, yoghurt and honey and Roger’s favorite – menemen – a Turkish omelet with tomatoes and anything else they have thrown in.
