Antalya at night

We decided on a restaurant called Sim in the old city.
Taxis are plentiful and we were zoomed into town – very reminiscent of India – driver on not one but two mobile phones and reading his google maps to get us to our location. That and lots of tooting, lane hopping and speeding.
But we got there.
Wow

The old city is beautiful. The new city is wrapped around it. Trees and palms, green grass – it looks great.

I took these photos just in the lanes where we had dinner. This town goes back to second century BC.
And it is still being used today. It looks fascinating and the sort of place you want to explore.
On the hill we could see fountains – a coloured water display- set to music. Every night through summer.
